**Your role**

You will bring your enthusiasm and passion to this busy **Store Supervisor **role located at **Coach DFO Homebush. **You will be responsible for working alongside our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results, and develop a strong customer base in our fast-paced outlet store.

**Your contribution**
- At least 3 years prior experience as a Retail Sales Associate.
- Effective communication skills, including interpersonal skills to adapt communication depending on interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, along with an understanding how to use systems (ex. POS).
- A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the businesses trading hours.
- An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands.
- Previous Experience supervising at least a team of 10-15.
