**About the Role**

The Research Insight Specialist, is responsible for working across our digital portfolios, product lines and channels to lead market and customer research projects to shape product and brand decisions. With a strong emphasis on quantitative research, your findings and insights will be taken into account, when developing the marketing and business strategy. This role will partner with senior stakeholders across the business building and maintaining the brand, customer journey and interaction research, in addition to leading the Strategic NPS research program.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse our customer and competitive data and draw actionable insights that will unlock opportunities for brand, product, commercial and CX
- Lead Origin's Strategic NPS program, for the capture and communication of customer feedback
- Define and maintain key metrics, targets, external benchmarking and global best practise
- Manage key vendor relationships with our Strategic NPS and Brand tracking research partner
- Plan, conduct, analyse, synthesize, report and present quantitative research studies
- Work closely with customer facing, commercial, product management, business analysis and development teams to use research to help identify and validate new product and optimisation opportunities to improve product performance, testing, design and optimisation of Digital experiences.

**About you?**

With proven experience in managing market research and/or voice of customer program, in a complex environment you will be able to demonstrate:

- Extensive experience in customer and market insights
- Proven track record in managing diverse research projects
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research, Including facilitation, ideation and experience strategy
- Ability to perform various data analysis techniques, including tables and cross tabs
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, exposure to Agile and Human Centered Design is desirable
- Strong analytical abilities for extracting insights from complex data
- Meticulous attention to detail and error identification.
