We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Barista and Front of House Team Member**. In this role, you’ll be the face of our café, responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the front of house runs smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities:Barista Duties**:

- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks
- Operate coffee-making equipment (grinders, espresso machines, brewers, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Ensure beverage quality, taste, and consistency
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed

**Front of House Duties**:

- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately
- Process payments (cash and card)
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the customer area, including tables, counters, and restrooms
- Assist with food service (if applicable), including handling pastries or light meals
- Handle customer complaints or queries

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
