Sorensen's Glasshouse and Gardens is located in a unique location in the Blue Mountains, set in a glasshouse surrounded by trees and gardens. We are open for breakfast and lunch from Wednesday to Sunday.

We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team. Your role will be to supervise the day to day operations, oversee junior staff and ensure our standards and customer service are delivered to the highest standard. Weekday and weekend availability required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous management or supervisory role in hospitality and Cafe operations required
- Barista experience essential
- Ability to conduct all Front of House procedures, including opening and closing unsupervised
- Experience in taking and managing reservations
- Conduct stock checks and ordering
- Production of staff rosters
- Passion for customer service and attention for detail
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced energetic environment
- A good work ethic with a friendly positive attitude

**Schedule**
- 7-8 hour shift
- 5 days per week
- Day time availability for breakfast and lunch service
- Weekend availability

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- front of house management: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
