**Description**
- This is a rotational model with 3 groups of 11 children. All children will access 15 hours of funded kinder program across 2 x 7.5 hour days._ **Key Responsibilities**: The Early Childhood Teacher shall undertake duties commensurable to their experience and as outlined in the VECTEA 2020 Roles & Responsibilities Schedule 4. **Applicants must demonstrate the following**:

- A knowledge of child development and curriculum approaches including how children learn, and how to teach them effectively.
- Proven ability to use a range of teaching practices and resources to engage children in effective learning.
- The ability to establish positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues and members of the community
- Demonstrate skills for effective communication and teamwork.
- Proven ability to reflect on, evaluate and improve their professional knowledge and practice through engagement as an ongoing learner.

**Qualifications**

**Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID0012), Anaphylaxis Management Certificate and Emergency Asthma Certificate.
- Satisfy Police Check

**Requirements**:
VIT Registration

**Additional Requirements**

Working knowledge of CSS.
