As an Ecommerce Agent, you will be the face of our brand to our online customers. Your role is to provide trusted guidance, personalised recommendations and outstanding service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on our products and services (over the phone and via online chat / tickets)
- Process orders, handle returns and manage customer accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience (on our website and post-sale)
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
- Perform other related duties, as required

**What we're looking for**:

- At least one year of customer service experience, ideally in an ecommerce setting
- Knowledge of automotive and/or mechanical products is a plus
- Passion for adventure, vehicles, cycling or water sports
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Safety-first mindset
- Ability to contribute to a respectful and positive work environment

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
