ABOUT THE ROLE

The Pathways Facilitator is accountable for delivery, development and successful outcomes of the Pathways Programs team. In this role, the Pathways Facilitator has a focus on Aurora’s Scholarships, Study Tour, Portal and partner organisations. You will contribute to the program growth in your region, increasing engagement and participation of the Pathways program activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a central point of contact for the Pathways team for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend relevant external stakeholder events to promote or raise awareness of Aurora and the pathways team.
- Support funding activities and relationships across Australia.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of documents to Scholarships, Study-Tour, Portal and other program stakeholders.
- Facilitate opportunities throughout the pathways team.
- Facilitate logistics, induction and processes for pathways team.
- Foster a values-aligned team culture focused to deliver program outcomes.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, and support to the teams, in alignment with pathways objectives.
- Drive engagement between the teams and the broader organisation including active participation in activities such as team meetings and planning initiatives.

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Applicant must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Demonstrated experience working in administration with CRM’s and data management - eg: Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated project/program management, including ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities and delivering work to a high standard with good attention to detail

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.
- Satisfactory national police check.
- Proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
