**Are you an experienced Site Administrator looking for a new and exciting project? We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our collaborative team.**

As an experienced **Site Administrator **you will work as an all-round administrator, part magician - nothing will be impossible in ensuring the daily administration of a busy construction project runs smoothly.

You will be a natural problem solver and appreciate the challenges (and rewards) that come with a Site Admin role.

**What will your day look like?**
- Daily reporting via our contractors systems
- Updating the manning roster and flight changes
- Completing and submitting weekly timesheets
- Raise requisitions, maintain stock levels for PPE and stationery
- Basic IT troubleshooting
- Liaise with the Project Manager, Superintendents, Project Engineers, our project partners, head contractors and the mine owner.

**What you need**:

- 5+ years working in remote mine construction sites
- Exceptional MS Office skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- C Class Drivers Licence and National Police Clearance
