**Food Services Assistant**

Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual seeking a rewarding career?

Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital is looking to employ a Food Services Assistant for 40 hours per fortnight, to join our busy Hotel Services department on a casual basis. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients.

**As a Food Services Assistant your responsibilities will include**:

- Deliver, serve and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays
- Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly
- Clean and maintain utensils and kitchen equipment in accordance with hospital & industry food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain and document food safety records for your shift

**Selection Criteria**:

- Prior experience in Healthcare Food Services an advantage
- knowledge of special diets an advantage
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work well as a part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible to work over a 7 day roster
