**What They're Looking For**:
**Passionate Sommelier**: The team is seeking an enthusiastic sommelier who shares the dedication to cultivating an exceptional wine list, pairing exquisite wines with delectable cuisine, and creating memorable experiences for guests.

**Requirements**:

- Australian working rights
- Fluent English
- In-depth wine knowledge
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Minimum of 18-36 months working in fine-dining or similar hatted restaurants
- Formal wine studies completed
- Availability for weekend and public holiday work

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Managing and developing a diverse and worldly cellar with the support of the team
- Continuous training and development to ensure up-to-date knowledge
- Advising customers on wine pairings based on food, occasion, and budget
- Liaising closely with restaurant staff to take drink orders and serve guests at the appropriate time
- Briefing other staff on the wine list for effective promotion and customer guidance
