**About the Role**

As our **Front Office Supervisor/Manager**, you’ll be the backbone of our reception team and the go-to person for everything front office-related. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, provide outstanding customer service, and lead a high-performing team that is committed to excellence.
- Your key responsibilities will include:_
- Overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Leading, training, and mentoring the front office team to maintain a high standard of service.
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with confidence and a solutions-driven approach.
- Maximising occupancy and revenue by actively managing reservations and yield.
- Coordinating with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Preparing and supervising staff rosters to meet operational needs while staying within budget.
- Ensuring compliance with Quest policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Supporting business growth by contributing to sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives.

This role requires a hands-on leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and create an environment where the team feels supported, motivated, and empowered.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager, or Assistant Manager) in the hotel or serviced apartment industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of training and mentoring teams.
- A guest-first mindset with an obsession for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A deep understanding of hotel reservations, revenue management, and front office operations.
- Outstanding communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) (RMS experience preferred).
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Full working rights in Australia - this is a full-time, on-site role.
- A valid Working With Children Check and police check (or willingness to obtain one).

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Previous experience working with Quest Apartment Hotels or other serviced apartment brands.
- Experience managing sales and business development activities in a hospitality setting.
- A strong understanding of local market trends and revenue-driving strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $67,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
