We're a cafe in Lithgow - and are looking for a manager.

You will be:

- bright and energetic, and a strong support for the team
- have great customer service skills and be able to train others to do the same
- be organised, punctual and have a high standard of work as you'll set the example for the rest of the team

Responsibilities include:

- Managing the team
- Training new staff
- Rostering
- Stocktake and ordering
- Making food and drinks
- Resolving any customer issues
- Helping ensure cafe stays clean and standards are kept high in product and service

**Salary**: $50,015.36 - $70,000.00 per year
