Strata Cleaners

Are you a Contract Cleaner looking to expand your job portfolio?

Clean Green Strata (CGS) is currently seeking experienced Contract Cleaners to undertake on-site cleaning activities in accordance with client specifications in the **Upper North Shore (St Ives, Hornsby, Pymble), NSW.**

To be successful in this role you must have previous cleaning experience either in the strata, commercial or domestic environment, together with:

- Must have own cleaning equipment: backpack vacuum & own commercial cleaning products
- Must have ABN
- Must have Public liability insurance
- Must be a sole trader, partnership, or a company with a team NO larger than 3 employees
- $28 - $33/Hour PLUS GST depending on experience
- Must be able to use and have an iPhone or an android
- Must have a current driver’s license and own transport (unbranded vehicle or have branding that can be removed off your vehicle when working for CGS)
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette
- An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and work, health and safety

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
