**iVEGA is looking for a **Software Designer**

**Location: Suite 2, 1 Horwood Place Parramatta, NSW 2150**

**Salary: $100,000 to 120,000 plus 10% superannuation**

**Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of overall experience and 1 year of relevant experience.**

Client provides consulting, design and implementation services and has a strong focus on helping customers improve their processes and accelerate their delivery capability.**

**The client is seeking a motivated and technically sound software engineering in a full-time permanent role to join their team in an on-going capacity for developing and implementing technology solutions. The client is seeking a person who is a dynamic self-starter with excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the square to solve complex software issues to create operational efficiency.**

**You must hold a Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences/ BCA / Software Engineering or equivalent.**

**In this role your main responsibilities include**:

- **Creating and enhancing software solutions to automate various business processes in freight forwarding domain**:

- **Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods**:

- **Participating in solution design, develop the software, evaluation and system configuration activities to ensure the requirements are met**:

- **Constructing technical specifications from a business functional mode**:

- **Ensuring consultation with relevant business stakeholders regarding key information**:

- **Designing technical solutions for complex software modules and integrating end to end**:

- **Evaluating system program needs, writing and maintaining program code**:

- **Analysing gaps in existing systems and to provide technical solutions that meets business expectations**:

- **Testing and writing technical documentation, end user documentation and operational procedures**:

- **Providing technical solutions for performance issues identified in system testing**:

- **Improving user interactions with functional and useful designs**:

- **Ensuring consultation with relevant business stakeholders regarding key information.**
