TTC Tour Brands, home to prestigious brands like Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Costsaver, and Contiki, is seeking a Sales Manager to cover NSW South and the ACT region on a full-time,12-month parental leave contract.

Whether you’re an experienced Sales Manager or looking to step up your career in the travel industry, this is the chance to manage your territory like your own business, build strong relationships with key trade partners, and uncover new opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Marketing Plans: Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies for key accounts in NSW South and the ACT.
- Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with key accounts through regular contact and support.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to agents via weekly sessions, presentations, and e-commerce strategies.
- Marketing Collateral Management: Ensure effective use and placement of marketing materials in key account agencies.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and beneficial trade/consumer events.
- Industry and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries, ensuring timely reporting.
- Group Business Management: Foster group business from initiation to departure, maintaining agent contact throughout.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget efficiently, adhering to policies.

**Qualifications/Knowledge**:

- Proven experience in sales management and account management.
- Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Intimate knowledge of the travel agency network, distribution chains, and key account relationships is advantageous.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to analyse market trends and provide strategic feedback.
- Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills.
