**Customer Service - Sports Advisors / Sales Assistants (Large Format Retail): Tempe**
The key to our retail business is our teammates, we are proud of our retail leaders and ensure they have the correct support and career development opportunities As a Sales Assistant, (or Sports Advisor as we call it) your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores ready to stay or get active. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a quick and easy payment process, your role is to always deliver a 5-star shopping experience.

This is a Casual role and we're looking for ambitious and sporty or outdoorsy people who want to grow by taking more and more responsibility in the future.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Customer Service** - Through your own passion for sports you share your tips and experience with users and through our hands-on product training you are able to give the best technical advice for the sports you are responsible for
- **Merchandising** - Every Sports Advisor is encouraged to take responsibility to autonomously manage stock levels and pricing and to provide a high level of merchandising so that each customer can easily find the right product for their sporting practice.
- **Membership** - Each teammate has the skills and enthusiasm to work encourage customers to join our MVP program making a lasting impression on every customer
- **Deliveries**:

- You will manage and process deliveries of stock and goods with high efficiency in mind.
