We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Digital Print Operator** to join our Melbourne production team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of **Konica Minolta digital printing equipment**, ensuring all printed materials are produced accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain **Konica Minolta digital press equipment** to produce high-quality print materials.
- Review and prepare print files for accuracy, layout, and colour management prior to production.
- Manage daily print schedules, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to client specifications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of digital press equipment.
- Monitor print quality throughout each run and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate production records and adhere to company quality standards.
- Ensure the print area is kept clean, organised, and compliant with workplace safety procedures.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience operating **Konica Minolta** digital presses (e.g., AccurioPress series or similar).
- Strong understanding of digital print processes, finishing, and colour calibration.
- Experience with **print file preparation** (Adobe Creative Suite or Fiery Command WorkStation knowledge advantageous).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
