**MUST HAVE**:
**Must have _schools and facilities_ maintenance experience**

**Maintenance experience**

**Jetblasting and Camera Inspection experience**

**Drainage repairs and replacement**

**Hot water installations and repairs**

**Able to work alone and part of team**

**Own Hand tools(including cordless power tools) -Corded power tools will be supplied as per job**

**Well presented (clean and groomed)**

** Well SPOKEN- provide excellent customer service**

**Working with Childrens Check**

**Police Check**

**Induction card**

**iPhone for access to app**

**Drivers Licence (Excellent driving track record)**

**Reliable, eager to work and to take pride in your work.**
