Picture yourself working in a dynamic freezer environment at a chilling -28 degrees As a Freezer Voice Picker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently picking orders using our advanced voice pick system. Join a team that thrives in extreme conditions and excels in meeting challenging targets.

1:30pm - Ideal for those seeking an afternoon shift.

️ Requirements for Success ️

To excel in one of these roles, the following qualifications and skills are essential:
Solid warehouse and order picking experience - Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and accurate order fulfillment.

Previous experience working in a freezer - Familiarity with freezer environments will give you a head start.

Minimum 2 years of voice picking experience - Master our voice pick system and streamline your workflow.

Experience stacking and wrapping pallets - Your knowledge of proper pallet handling techniques is crucial.

Comfortable working in a busy environment - Thrive in a fast-paced setting and maintain high productivity.

Forklift license (preferred, but not essential) - Possessing a forklift license will be advantageous in this role.

Ability to work 4-6 shifts per week - Show your commitment and dedication to your role.

Availability to work weekends - Weekends are an integral part of the operation and non-negotiable.

Ability to be contactable at all times - Maintain open communication channels for seamless coordination.

Own reliable transport - Ensure punctuality and reliability by having your own means of transportation.

Solid work history with 2 contactable work references - Demonstrate your reliability and professionalism.
