**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for working alongside our Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Communicate our brand vision, drive store results, and develop a strong customer base in our fast-paced store.
- Support the store manager and supervisor in implementing sales strategies, monitoring store and employee performance and morale.
- Managing the day to day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, supporting the Store Manager with ad hoc training and other duties as required.
- A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous retail experience managing a team of 20-30 employees.
- demonstrate and promote a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work environments.
