Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? We are currently seeking an After Sales Advisor to join an Industrial equipment provider based in Mount Druitt. As an After Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing support to customers after the delivery of their equipment.

This role will be responsible for receiving and addressing customer inquiries related to equipment support, breakdowns, scheduled maintenance, and part orders. You will prioritize and communicate incoming inquiries based on customer impact and ensure that service jobs are followed through to completion. Additionally, you will provide level one technical phone support to resolve issues remotely and promptly.

**Core Responsibilities include**:

- Receive incoming enquiries through various channels related to equipment support, breakdowns, scheduled maintenance, and part orders.
- Document all customer enquiries from initiation through to closure using our case management system.
- Ensure service jobs are followed through to completion.
- Coordinate and schedule service & repairs bookings within the KOR workshop and in the field.
- Develop action plans appropriate to the priority of each enquiry.
- Establish positive relationships with suppliers involved in the service and repair of customer equipment.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience working in the heavy vehicle or industrial equipment industry, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in using computer systems to create orders, quotes, and invoices.
- Experience in scheduling service works.
- Ability to resolve customer enquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in successfully working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A relevant technical, administration, or other relevant qualification would be advantageous.

This hours for this role will be split:

- 3 days from 8:30am - 5:00pm
- 2 days from 7:00am - 3:30pm

Salary package of up to $80,000 + Super.
