**The Role**
As a Warehouse Officer in the Cyberspace Operations Systems Program Office (COSPO), you will be part of the support system for Cyberspace Operations in the ADF. You will work collaboratively with cyber units and COSPO staff to ensure that that ICT hardware stores are maintained, and conduct warehouse operations to support military exercises and operations as well as business as usual activities.
Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Coordination of shipping of equipment to stakeholders and units.
- Coordination of equipment return for repair / replacement.
- Ensuring the currency of asset records, including conducting regular audits, spot checks, and stock-takes as part of a team.
- Managing spares and consumables stock levels, and triggering re-ordering to maintain approved minimum quantities.
- Performing equipment disposals.
- Maintaining standard operating processes and procedures, and all relevant warehouse documentation.

**About our Team**
The Cyberspace Operations Systems Program Office (COSPO) was established within the Defence Digital Group (DDG) to acquire and sustain cyberspace operations systems under a number of Joint projects; initially and primarily Joint Project 9131 (JP9131). JP9131 is an exciting and forward-facing cyberspace capability project designed to strengthen the cyber Defences for deployed Australian Defence Force (ADF) networks and combat platforms. Elements of JP9131 include staged investment to develop training, tools and infrastructure critical to ensuring the capability and relevance of ADFs defensive cyber operations capability.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual with a drive to learn and a commitment to ongoing improvement. You will support essential ADF capabilities and understand the importance of collaboration and communication both within your team and with stakeholders.
