Spearhead Supports is a Perth based NDIS service provider that takes pride in delivering a high quality standard of services to participants, giving them comfort, peace of mind and supporting them to achieve total independence.

**About the role**
- Provide individual support to participants with physical, developmental or cognitive disabilities
- Assist individuals living with a disability perform hygiene tasks such as showering, dressing, oral hygiene etc.
- Assist in daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning and doing laundry
- Transporting participants to therapy or doctors’ appointments, assist in shopping and other chores.
- Actively checking in and engaging with your team
**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant Qualifications e.g. disability, aged care, community services or relevant experience. Must have experience with Behaviour support and high needs clients.
- Working with children check.
- NDIS screening
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS worker orientation module
- Covid-19 Vaccination ( 3 doses).
- First aid & CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Valid Driver’s License & reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening
- Ability to problem solve, think creatively and find innovative solutions
- Medication competency
- Rights to work in Australia

Ability to commute/relocate:
- North of the River WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Aged care/ Mental health support/Disability support: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS screening (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Shift availability:
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
