Sylvia P creates fun and fashionable sports and activewear garments to boost confidence in those who wear them. Our garments are manufactured locally in Capalaba, QLD by our talented team.

We are seeking to hire motivated, organised, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cutting Team in production. This would suit those who have experience in the têxtile industry or are looking to get a start in the fashion industry. We provide hands-on training that allows you to operate the têxtile machinery that is used to cut unique and colourful fabrics.

**About your new role**:

- Use an automated cutting machine called Pathfinder
- Laying up our beautiful fabrics
- Assisting to operate the fabric spreader
- Operate the fabric cutting machine
- Off-loading cut panels, sorting and distribute throughout our factories
- Manual fabric cutting when needed

- Ability to perform tasks with steady hands.
- Ability to stand while performing tasks.
- Great communication and attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail and quality of work

**Salary**: $46,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
