Join us as an OSHClub Coordinator at Carlisle in beautiful Carlisle, WA This **permanent, part-time role** offers **31.5 hours per week**, including **4 non-contact admin hours**. You'll work across split shifts to support our vibrant programs: Monday to Friday, 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play). It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, making a real difference in the lives of children

**About the role**

Step into an exciting leadership role where you’ll guide a team of passionate Educators, running an engaging before
- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years. With dedicated support from a state-specific office and regional managers who mentor and visit you regularly, you'll be set up for success
- Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—whatever sparks the kids’ imagination
- Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community while taking charge of your team's roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin.

**Who are we looking for?**

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
✔️ Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
✔️ Communicates clearly and confidently
✔️ Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
✔️ Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
✔️ Has Australian work rights
✔️Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
