- Understanding of buying criteria and decision making processes
- Driven to proactively achieve Dealership profitability targets
- Ability to form long term business partnerships in order to leverage future transactions & purchases
- Strong understanding of Used Vehicle operations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients resulting in sales and purchases
- **Proven Vehicle Buyer Experience is Essential**
