Support Worker at Compassion 360

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker with Compassion 360, you will be pivotal in delivering day-to-day care and support to Participants with physical disabilities and mental illness. Your primary role is to assist our Participants in achieving their individual goals and reaching their full potential, ensuring they lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

**Criteria and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in managing complex health needs.
- **Communication**: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, including proficiency in data recording and form completion.
- **Approach**: Must adopt an empathetic, person-centered approach when supporting Participants, treating them as you would your family members.
- **Background**: Experience in Support Work, Nursing, or supporting NDIS participants with mental illness, and intellectual, and physical disabilities is beneficial.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Travel**: Must be willing to travel around Sydney.
- **Personal Care**: Willingness to provide personal care and community access for both male and female Participants.
- **Vehicle**: Must own an insured vehicle and be willing to use it for participant support.

**Schedule**:

- Morning and afternoon shifts
- Public holidays and weekend availability
- Rotating roster, including weekend work

- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Own a car with insurance
