Lotus Dining Group has 8 restaurants across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West boasting modern Chinese cuisine, delicious dumplings, award wining wine lists and sophisticated signature cocktails.

This is a hands-on position for someone who loves creating memorable dining experiences. You really must be on top of your game, quick on your feet, have sound product knowledge and have honed your hospitality skills over some years. If you enjoy dynamic services, then we are what you’re looking for.
- **Requirements**:_
- Previous experience in the Supervisor or above role within the restaurant industry
- Ability to effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Ability to create a positive guest experience by delivering top-notch service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
- Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Basic computer skills for tasks such as creating schedules, managing inventory, and handling paperwork
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails is advantageous
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), MANDATORY

We are looking for bartenders who can impart their skills and knowledge and can help inspire and develop an ever evolving cocktail menu.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
