**Lotus Dumpling Circular Quay is hiring an a Team Leader**
Lotus Dining is rapidly expanding and looking for career minded people to join the Management team. We are currently searching for an experienced and vivacious Team Leader for our venue Lotus Dumpling Bar in Circular Quay.

This is a hands-on position for someone who loves creating memorable dining experiences. You really must be on top of your game, quick on your feet, have sound product knowledge and have honed your hospitality skills over some years. If you enjoy dynamic services, then we are what you’re looking for.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a team leader in a fast paced restaurant setting
- Have the ability to effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Can create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
- Follow restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handing and safety/security
- Able to work weekends and nights
