Melville Optical Clinic is an independent optometry practice owned and operated by the same family of optometrists for over 45 years. Our enjoyment and success in delivering eye care to our local community stems from building long lasting relationships with our patients. We have achieved this through our passion for traditional and personalised customer service.

Our team at Melville Optical Clinic truly value providing professional eye care and patient education, combined with quality eye wear. We take time to understand our patients and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their eye care needs.

We support local - we source and select our spectacle frames and lenses from local suppliers and support our local community. Melville Optical is a socially conscious clinic - we support and participate in vision care programs that care for marginalised and disadvantaged people in Australia and overseas.

Melville Optical is growing and we are now looking for a new team member who is as passionate about providing excellence in customer service.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in reception and administrative work (optical industry experience advantageous)
- Share our passion for vision care
- A desire to serve, with a strong customer focus
- High attention to detail
- Work well and interact constructively within a team
- Proactive, motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills

This role is one that has the ultimate customer focus. Assisting our customers to find that perfect frame for their personality, being the ‘’face’’ of our practice and provide support in all clinic activities. This is a part time role **15hrs/week**, with flexibility to work extra days / hours to cover holiday and sick leave.
