Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a medical receptionist/co ordinator to join our busy practice located in Concord. We are a multi disciplinary clinic consisting of Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Remedial Massage Therapist, Cosmetic Nurse, Sports Physician, Psychologist and Sports Podiatrist. The right applicant must be flexible with working during the day or nights.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Opening/closing clinic
- Maintaining cleanliness of clinic
- Greeting patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls
- Dealing with face to face enquiries
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Receiving and sending clinic correspondence
- Billings after consultation to Medicare
- Processing payments through HICAPS/EFTPOS
- Maintaining high standard of ethics and patient confidentiality
- Handling of Social Media accounts

**Requirements**:

- Preferably some experience in a similar clinic
- Good communication skills
- Professional Presentation
