**Your new role awaits**:
The **Asset Services Manager **is a **Melbourne-based position** and is responsible for leading a team of Regional Service Managers, Fleet Deployment and Administration teams to ensure high performance delivery of asset related activities and services in a business Unit. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, South, you will seek continuous improvement in ways to maximise asset performance to achieve greater return on investment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrate safety leadership by leading and contributing to Coates’ Safety First-Zero Harm safety culture
- Benchmark performance of assets and talk to key performance metrics in maintenance
- Drive asset related strategic improvement initiatives
- Oversight of fleet planning, asset utilisation and service operations
- Overarching responsibility for compliance of plant and equipment in accordance with legislation and Coates asset management policies and procedures
- Provide effective oversight of repairs and maintenance performance and spend
- Monitoring fleet processes to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and productivity
- Supplier management, including maintaining supplier capacity and service level agreement performance.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and present across all levels of the business
- Demonstrated leadership experience with people management skills
- Strong commercial and analytical ability
- Maintenance or Asset Management knowledge/exposure
- Strong Excel skills and a demonstration of high competence of analysing data with systems
- Ability to positively influence productivity
