T.C Boxes product range has continually developed over the past 3 years to be the most extensive toolbox and canopy range in Australia.

**Overview of Role**:
The purpose of the Warehouse Manager role is to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations of the Marsden Park site. This role will be responsible for the warehouse, installation service and inwards goods to the site as well as providing a high level of service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and scheduling of everyday operations
- Plan stocktakes or cycle counts
- Oversee daily click and collect schedule
- Enforcement of OH&S safety procedures and prepare incident reports
- Provide KPI data and metrics to Manager
- Conduct toolbox meetings to inform, share information and create an environment to exchange ideas
- Create a culture of accountability and fairness.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, other TC branches and management.
- Manage the installation team and service provision
- Manage incoming stock containers

**Knowledge and Skills Required**:

- Customer Service Focus - our customers are at the centre of everything we do.
- Demonstrated warehouse management experience
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 5 years Warehouse management experience
- Proven leader of high performing teams
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
