We are looking for Urban Designers to join our unique Urban Design & Landscape Strategy team in Melbourne.
You will bring a passion for urban design and precinct planning, and through working in our team, you will make your impact on how people live, move and interact in our communities.
Through collaboration with our delivery partners, you will play a key role in delivering city-shaping projects with huge diversity of scale, in transport, precinct development, tourism, recreation strategy development, as well as restoring and enhancing our natural environment. With client relationship front and centre, you will support the full project life cycle - from business case, master planning, design, research, policy, process and through to practical completion.

**This position has great opportunity and will see you involved in**:
- A wide range of urban design projects, across their entire lifecycle from business case through to post-occupancy evaluation
- Undertaking tasks including design, research, stakeholder engagement and strategy development
- Working on projects across the transport, property and buildings, water, energy and resources, and environment market sectors
- Collaborating closely with clients, internal specialists and sub-consultants, Commonwealth and State Government Departments, Agencies and Local Councils
**What would you bring to the team?**
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or Urban Design
- Between 2 and 8 years of professional experience, ideally from within a consulting environment
- Experience in using design tools such as AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3d modelling packages
- Excellent time management skills and the ability work across multiple projects and multi-disciplinary teams
- Natural team player, with high-level written and verbal communication skills
- A focus on client service excellence and a strong ability to build positive partner relationships.
