Urban Designer - Band 6
- Part - time 2 - 3 days each week
- $60 - $65 p/h plus super

Public Sector People are working with a local council on the recruitment of an Urban Designer to cover a period of leave for two months.

The primary focus of this role is to review landscape referral plans submitted through the Statutory Planning permit process. You will be joining a progressive council, with a real focus on achieving design excellence.

This is a part-time role, working two or three days per week. Flexible on days worked and time spent in the office. This role is perfect for someone looking to pick up some work over Christmas or to build up Local Government experience for their folio.

**Requirements include**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification(s) in Urban Design or related professional discipline - landscape architecture and/or architecture.
- A sound understanding of the statutory planning process.
- Seeking an Urban Designer or Landscape Architect with post-graduate experience in either public or private sector.

**Benefits include**:

- Part-time hours, two or three days depending on what works best for you.
- $60 - $65 p/h plus super.
- Secure work with an immediate start.
