As our **Risk & Compliance Analyst** you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our risk and compliance culture. As part of our Second Line of Defence, you’ll help design, embed and continuously improve frameworks, policies and tools that enable us to operate within our risk appetite. You’ll provide oversight and challenge, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and best practice standards, while supporting our teams to manage risk effectively. You’ll be a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across complex stakeholder groups.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Supporting the GM, Risk & Compliance in implementing and enhancing our Risk & Compliance Frameworks
- Managing and improving the Governance, Risk & Compliance system (Protecht)
- Coordinating regulatory audits and reporting
- Providing assurance through control monitoring, incident management, and compliance reporting
- Advising on regulatory change and coordinating compliance training
- Supporting investor due diligence and engagement with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders

**What you bring**:

- Relevant industry qualifications
- Experience in risk, compliance, or governance roles, preferably within financial services or real estate/property
- Strong understanding of risk management, resilience and internal control frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise and train others
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and responding to high-tempo environments with resilience
- Technical knowledge of GRC systems (Protecht desirable)
