**Position**: Casual Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate bubble tea equipment and prepare a variety of drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Participate in daily operational tasks, including cashiering and order processing

**Job Requirements**:

- Good communication skills and a strong team spirit
- A positive work attitude and enjoyment in interacting with customers
- Previous experience in food & beverage or service industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Expected hours: 5 per week
