Kingpin Norwood is on the lookout for a Bar Manager to join our vibrant crew and atmosphere As a key player in our bustling entertainment venue, you'll be at the heart of the action, serving up smiles and crafting unforgettable experiences (and cocktails -) for our guests

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage a team behind the bar, focusing on promoting a positive culture and nurturing wellbeing
- Focus on ordering and stocktake duties, as well as keep up to date with high safety standards
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including our new cocktail creations
- Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards
- Engage with guests, providing exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations across the department

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in leadership in a bar setting is highly regarded - open to general bar experience too We're keen on developing our people
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- A passion for mixology and a keen interest in the latest beverage trends.
- You hold a valid RSA or would be willing to obtain if successful
