We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking a full-time Customer Relations & Admissions Officer.

**About the role**

**Job Role**
- Manage the occupancy and admissions process (including Room Tours) for new residents while ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
- Coordinate associated intake procedures, administration and data entry.
- Serve as the primary contact and maintain communication with residents, families and staff to facilitate a smooth transition for the initial 6-week period.
- Maintain a referral network with healthcare providers, hospitals, community organisations and other organisations to ensure a steady stream of referrals to the facility.
- Resident Support to ensure that their needs are being met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Manage resident survey process.
- Assist with HR matters.
- Reception coverage when required.

**To be successful, you must**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Have a sympathetic and warm disposition.
- Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain strong confidentiality and adhere to the Privacy Act.
- Hold a current Police Check
