Complete Care Team aims to provide a holistic and wellness model of attendant care for people in the community with high support needs. We are seeking individuals with RN, EN, AIN or ACW certification to assist our client achieve their goals, maximise their potential for independence and live their best life within their communities.

Duties may vary to suit the needs of the individual client. This may include however are not limited to:

- Domestic duties; cleaning and meal preparation
- Community access; shopping, specialist appointments, religious gatherings, etc.
- Personal care; assist with showering, toileting and personal hygiene
- Clinical care; wound care, peg feeding, bowel care, catheter care and changing, stoma care etc.
- Manual handling; use of equipment to support mobility such as wheelchairs or hoists

Essential criteria:

- An understanding of person centred disability care, spinal injury and brain injury
- National Police Check, Working With Vulnerable People Card and First Aid Certificate
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Check
- Working rights in Australia

Preferred but not essential:

- Industry experience will be highly regarded
- Current drivers license and willingness to drive including having a registered and insured vehicle
