Independent Support Service WA is a family owned and run company in Perth with over 25 years of experience in the Disability sector. ISSWA provide support to people living with a disability in the community.

We are currently looking for a mature female support worker, at the participant and family's request, with a clear english skills.

Hours available are:
Monday's to Friday's 7am - 9.30am to support with Morning routine in Quinns Rocks

Monday's 2-6pm, Tuesdays 12-4pm, Friday's 12-4pm for community access for a man in Quinns Rocks

Wednesday's 7am -12pm in Ellenbrook with a lady for community access.

**Requirements**:

- Current WA Drivers licence.
- NDIS clearance check or National Police certificate.
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate.
- Good understanding of the english language.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle.
