As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a highly capable and motivated Network Support Officer. **Responsibilities**: - Planning, designing, and developing network systems that ensured optimal configuration and seamless integration of network components across various operating systems and environments. - Proactively identify potential network and system issues as well as troubleshoot and resolve it quickly and effectively. - Designing and implementation of network security architecture, ensuring robust firewall configurations, secure VPN setups, and overall network protection.Keeping disaster recovery and fault tolerance plans into practice to make sure networks are robust in the case of security faults or system breakdowns. - Experience in managing networks across multiple operating systems. - Actively contribute to network strategy development, collaborating with senior management to plan and deploy scalable network solutions that align with organizational goals. - Maintain system documentation, training materials, and network procedures. - Take ownership of the design and implementation of network security architecture, ensuring robust firewall configurations, secure VPN setups, and overall network protection." - Resolving intermediate issues with windows 11 and windows server and managing Active Directory users and Exchange/office 365 mailboxes. **Key Selection Criteria**: - Experience in remote monitoring and management platforms. - Bachelor's Degree in IT discipline or appropriate commercial experience. - Very good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, SMTP, etc. - Experience with network hardware. - Knowledge of Windows server and Microsoft Azure is preferable. **Key Performance Indicators**: - Evaluate the current state of your network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network protocols. - Attention to detail, documentation and accurate record-keeping skills. - Regularly monitor network progress towards each goal and make adjustments as necessary. - Well managed Windows server and Microsoft Azure systems.
