**Role and Responsibility**

You will work in the administration team and shine in one of the most valuable positions in the business. Your main responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining customer, employee and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage the administrative functions of the company.
- Provide ongoing support to the Directors on a daily basis.
- Oversee and prioritise the workload of administrative assistants within the team.
- Assist in organising schedules across the business.
- Support administrative tasks such as answering phones, scanning, and filing.
- Assist the Finance Officer with accounts receivable/payable activities.
- Take part in the company marketing initiatives & content creation.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do, team-oriented attitude are non-negotiable.
- Attention to detail and a positive approach to tasks.

**Desirable**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a very team-oriented culture.

**Salary**: $41,313.00 - $75,792.00 per year
