Creative Producer

**Position Description and Role Outcomes**

**Team**: This role will sit inside the Sales and Marketing Department at Zen

**Brands you’d be working on**: Fjällräven, Leatherman, Ledlenser, Opinel, Klean Kanteen, and other associated brands in the Zen portfolio.

**What we’re looking for**

As our Marketing Department grows, we’re looking for a creative who’s obsessed with design, video and photography. You're very creative and an all-rounder with video and design skills. Most of all you’re full of ideas and would love to work with some leading outdoor and lifestyle brands amongst a fun and happy team.

This role is based at our West Ryde office and will report directly to the Head of Marketing, whilst working in alignment with our sales and marketing colleagues and wider Zen team. This role will be largely autonomous and open for your creativity and ideas.

**About the role**

Working primarily in our office (allowance for work from home one day per fortnight), you will play an integral role within an agile crew of disciplined creatives and marketers. Your assignment will be to craft and execute savvy video and photography, digital content, and graphic design to maximise audience activation, retention, consumer engagement and advertising revenue for our brands. Motion design is something you’re keen to pick up and leverage across your creative palette.

We’re currently in search of a full-time or someone part time with the possibility of stepping into a full time role. And we’re keen to help and support your growth and development.

**What we’d need you to contribute to the team and your key skill sets**:

- Produce and execute video, photography, and creative assets and content for social channels and websites, print and installations
- Assist with design tasks including digital and graphic design, illustration and typography and motion design
- Ensure brand standards are absolute and a level of consistency is achieved
- Collaborate effectively with an agile team
- Own your tasks. Make mistakes. Investigate solutions and revise appropriately

**Other Requirements, Duties and notes**
- Formal tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in your field
- Highly passionate about producing commercial photography and video content
- On-call during key sales periods to assist with site maintenance and promotions
- Strong storytelling skills
- Can-do attitude
- Receptive to rounds of feedback and amendments
- Strong communicator
- Bring a ‘be happy’ mentality to the workplace
- This role is primarily an in-office role, but Zen offers options of one remote work day per fortnight

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
