- **Categories**: Content, CreativeWe are looking for an experienced creative television professional to join our thriving Production department as Network Series Producer, to help oversee the production and delivery of our locally commissioned non-scripted shows. Our slate is growing, and we need you to help bring our content strategy to life

Reporting to the Head of Unscripted Originals, you’ll be working with our external production partners across a broad range of new and returning series, to ensure that creative excellence and the highest standards are maintained for our Foxtel Group subscribers.

This role is responsible for helping to lead creative direction, planning and supervising all elements for individual non-scripted productions across all Foxtel Group platforms (including BINGE) to ensure the timely production of high-quality programmes/content within agreed editorial, budget and schedule parameters.

The non-scripted Production department within our Entertainment Production team is responsible for hugely successful and award-winning series such as Gogglebox, Great Australian Bake Off, Selling Houses, FBoy Island and Real Housewives.

**In this role you’ll have the opportunity to...**
- Liaise with production companies inc. producers, directors, studio and location crews, graphics staff and other relevant parties to guarantee high quality programmes are delivered as per specifications - running within deadline, budget, and creative expectations
- Undertaking research for programme content to assist 3rd party producers in the development of ideas and creative concepts for series/segments/online content
- Working closely with production companies on casting for contributors and on-screen talent
- Ensuring appropriate and optimal utilisation of resources to provide effective delivery of production initiatives
- Supervising external production companies - offering guidance to ensure production schedules are adhered to and editorial requirements are met, in line with the specific needs of the relevant channel and audience for an individual production, including the appropriate regulations and classifications.
- Produce and direct, from concept to post/delivery, occasional “in-house” small-scale productions, such as talent interviews, sizzle reels, marketing initiatives.
- Give timely/constructive feedback and approve edits, from rough cuts through to online/master deliveries of productions.

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**
- At least 3 years + experience as a Series or Executive Producer or equivalent
- Experience with a FTA Network and/or Australian Subscription TV Service, as well as (ideally) working for major production companies.
- Experience across a broad range of non-scripted programme genres, specifically Lifestyle, Reality and Entertainment genres, including multiple credits on several different series.
- Sound editorial judgement and knowledge of appropriate programming and broadcast regulations.
- Strong understanding of the entire production process - able to provide insight and direction on physical production methodology as well as ensuring creative excellence, to both internal and external stakeholders to produce outstanding results.
- Highly developed technical knowledge of key production elements
- The ability to direct/self-shoot and/or edit highly desirable
- Excellent relationship, negotiating and influencing skills - must be able to demonstrate previous successes in building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple productions and collaborating across functions
- Some travel on location for shoot/set supervision required
