Food Pass Coordinator

Are you the calm in the chaos? Our fast-paced, high-energy restaurant is looking for a **focused, reliable, and detail-oriented team member** to manage the critical **food pass** position.

As the central link between the **Front of House (FOH)** and **Kitchen**, you'll be responsible for ensuring every plate meets our standards and gets to the guest _fast and flawless_. You’ll thrive in the heart of the action, balancing pressure from both sides with grace and precision.

What You’ll Do:

- Organize and manage the food pass during service
- Ensure food is correctly plated, garnished, and expedited without delay
- Communicate clearly with FOH and kitchen staff
- Maintain composure under pressure and keep the pass clean and organized
- Carry **3 plates at once** with confidence and safety

Pay: From $30.13 per hour
