**The opportunity**:
We are looking to hire a a dynamic and enthusiastic receptionist to work in our Melbourne office two days a week. Ideally, Tuesday and Thursday. Your duties include being the first point of contact for guests and offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome clients and greet people who visit our stunning Melbourne studio with a high level of customer service. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and guests in a way that embodies the Unispace culture and values
- Ensuring Front of House is maintained to a high standard at all times
- Forming effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Collaborating across teams and Unispace studios
- Responding to all correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
- Exercising discretion and confidentiality
- Maintaining administrative procedures to increase efficiency, effectiveness and global compliance
- Identifying and implementing improvements to Front of House systems and processes
- Maintaining key external vendor relationships where relevant
- Contributing to the creation of a high performing, innovative team environment

**Your experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Flexibility with work hours as required or early starts
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
