**Role Overview**

The business consultant will work closely with professional associations to assess business needs, analyse challenges, and provide strategic recommendations. This role involves guiding clients in implementing best practices and leveraging Agend by iugo —an all-in-one Association Management System (AMS) designed to help associations and professional member organisations operate more efficiently and enhance the membership experience. The consultant will ensure that organisations maximise Agend AMS’s capabilities to improve operational efficiency and achieve long-term objectives. We are seeking a dedicated business consultant to join our team on a full-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide objective consultancy on management topics related to association operations,

membership management, events, and CRM strategies
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify challenges, assess organisational

structures, and evaluate operational workflows
- Develop and present tailored recommendations to optimise business processes, improve

efficiency, and align digital solutions with organisational goals
- Assist in the implementation of strategies, ensuring best practices in technology adoption,

member engagement, and association governance
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine Agend AMS configurations based on

organisational requirements
- Facilitate training, workshops, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of

recommended solutions

**Required qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, organisation management, or a related field
- Proven experience in consulting, preferably within professional associations, non-profits, or membership-based organisations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex organisational challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with management systems, ERPs, CRM platforms, or digital transformation

projects is highly desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
