QLM Label Makers is Australia’s leading innovative and service driven label and flexible packaging manufacturer and we have the perfect opportunity for an All Rounder Factory Hand to join our production team.

**To succed in this role you will need**:

- Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Be pro-active and work well in a team environment with mínimal supervision
- Be reliable and punctual

**Reporting to the Production Manager & Floor Supervisors your responsibilities will include**:

- Emptying bins in the print room and packing areas
- Keeping the production and packing areas clean
- Assisting the Packing & Dispatch Manager as required
- General housekeeping and area maintenance as required
- General assistance to the production team as required

**Excellent Working Conditions**:

- Permanent position with full training
- Full time: 40 hour week
- Working Hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
- Annual Salary review

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing & Utilities Occupations: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
