We are an industry-leading and innovative company providing Traffic Control, Labour Hire, and various other construction services and tradesmen. We are a well-established National Company and are rapidly expanding in the Sydney Metro Area.

**About the Job**:
Traffic Controllers are required with all current rail tickets for upcoming rail projects in the South Eastern Suburbs.

**What you need for this role**:

- A positive can-do attitude with excellent verbal communication skills.
- With the ability to be reliable and work unsupervised.
- A **forward thinker** who can make positive safe decisions in and around the worksite that increases worker safety and productivity, with combined experience to problem-solve risks or Traffic situations.
- White Card.
- RIW card.
- CAT 3 medical.
- TTSA.
- SWIRC.
- Traffic controller - Stop Slow.
- Implement traffic control plans.
- C- Class driver’s license minimum.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Team environment.
- A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture and OHS awareness.
- Construction experience is preferred but not essential.
